STEP 1: APPRAISAL
A sales engineer would visit the job site for an initial consultation, measure and evaluate relevant area, and discuss the most appropriate product options. Based on engineering requirements, local codes, budget and desired results, the sales engineer would design the system optimizing all parameters.
STEP 2: INSTALLATION
The sales engineer would coordinate with the client, equipment supplies materials suppliers, the project coordinator/site foreman, installation technicians and in-house sheet metal fabricators to ensure that all activity schedules are met and provide a seamless customer experience throughout.
STEP 3: SERVICE
Upon completion of a successful installation, warranty and scheduled maintenance programs are transferred to our service department for long term management. All customer information and relevant equipment information is stored in our computerized database for quick and efficient access. Our call center staff receives all service requests and forwards them to a service manager to dispatch technicians and effect repairs.
